Cameron McLay

Cameron McLay was selected over ten finalists as the next chief of the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police. McLay was formerly the police captain in Madison, Wis., where he also served as training officer, sergeant and lieutenant, and is a leadership development consultant for the International Association of Chiefs of Police. He began his correctional career as a police officer for the Indiana University Police Department in 1979. McLay later received a Bachelor of Arts in forensic studies with a minor in psychology from Indiana University in Bloomington in 1985, as well as a Masters of Science in organizational leadership from Colorado State University Global Campus in 2012.
