Privately held professional services firm Dewberry has hired J. Richard Davidson, AIA, as a segment leader for the firm’s national justice architecture practice. Davidson has more than 25 years of experience specializing in architectural design and project management for justice facilities. His portfolio includes courthouses at the local, state, and federal levels, as well as large detention, correction, and public safety facilities. Prior to joining Dewberry, Davidson was a justice principal with KSGW in Atlanta, and the owner of Davidson Design Group. He spent much of his career as a principal/owner at KPS Group. Davidson holds bachelor’s degrees in architecture and environmental design from Auburn University. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
