Kati Booth

Lieutenant Kati Booth, with Utah’s Summit County Sheriff’s Office, has been awarded the Utah Jail Commander of the Year award by the Utah Sheriff’s Association. Booth has served the county for 15 years and was the first in the state of Utah to become a certified jail manager. With a total of 20 years experience in the correctional industry, she also served Utah’s Cache and Uinta counties prior to her position in Summit County. Booth has been responsible for bringing new programs into the jail that help rehabilitate inmates.
